Does chiropractic care hurt?
Most of our patients find adjustments to be extremely relaxing, mentioning that it’s one of the best parts of their day. We aim to create a calm and comfortable environment for your healing-it’s our goal to take pain out of the equation. An adjustment may feel like slight pressure if we’re performing a manual technique, but will not be painful.
Can my entire family book an appointment with you?

I’m nervous about my neck cracking. Do you have to crack my neck during an adjustment?
We’re proud to offer a variety of gentle chiropractic adjustments that can be tweaked to make you as comfortable as possible. If you’re nervous about hearing a ‘popping’ or ‘cracking’ noise, we’ll do everything we can to put you at ease. Some of our therapies are so gentle that you won’t hear a thing-but you’ll definitely be able to feel and appreciate the benefits.
Will my sessions include any other types of therapies?
Your sessions with us may include
a variety of other modalities in addition to chiropractic adjustments, including but not limited to electric muscle stimulation, intersegmental traction, spinal decompression, in-office rehabilitation, and ice or heat therapy.
How long will it take to see results from care?
Because each patient is unique, it’s hard to put a time frame on how quickly you’ll experience positive results from chiropractic care. Please know that we’ll develop a unique and custom care plan for you designed to bring you out of pain and into wellness as quickly and effectively as possible. While some patients notice a quick improvement after just a few sessions, chronic injuries or complaints may take longer to address.
I currently have a sports injury-can you help me?
Yes! In fact, we’ve helped hundreds of patients just like you and specialize in
managing athletes as they work towards healing. We’re also happy to work with your medical team to coordinate care to ensure you’re receiving the best possible guidance and therapy.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes, we’re happy to speak with you initially to determine if you’re a candidate for chiropractic care and address any questions or concerns you might have. The free consultation doesn’t include x-rays or an adjustment, however.
